Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Securely

  Place the sunglasses in their original designer case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the frames for signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
